Emily de Molly: Cosmic Forces, Oceanic Forces, and Dark Forces

Hey everyone!  I've got three super popular polishes from Emily de Molly for you today!  Some of these used to be crazy hard to grab, but restocks have been pretty easy lately.  You shouldn't have any trouble getting your hands on these beauties!

Cosmic Forces features a wide variety of pink circle and hexagonal holographic and metallic glitter in a dark magenta jelly base.  The formula on this one was nice and it applied well, but I had to fish for the large circle glitter.  Dry time was slow.  I used two coats

Oceanic Forces features a wide variety of blue circle and hexagonal holographic and metallic glitter in a dark teal jelly base.  This one was my favorite!  The formula was beautiful and it applied like a dream.  Dry time was slow.  I used two coats.

Dark Forces features a wide variety of circle and hexagonal holographic silver glitter in a black jelly base.  I never thought I'd be saying this, but...there's too much glitter.  Specifically, there was way too much circle glitter.  The polish was also thick, so getting it to spread nicely was a nightmare.  Oh, and thank goodness for Seche Vite, because I'm not sure Dark Forces would have ever dried without it!  I have heard of one other person complaining of a sludge-like consistency, but the customer service department over at Llarowe told me that they haven't gotten any complaints about this polish.  It is a mystery!  On the plus side, the concept is very pretty and only two coats are needed to reach full opacity.

I really love these (the depth and sparkle is to die for!), but I just wish the quality was a little more consistent.

Emily de Molly polishes cost $13 for 12mL on Llarowe.  Emily de Molly is also sold on Etsy, Femme Fatale, Shoppe Eclecticco, and Norway Nails.  You can stay up-to-date on Emily de Molly news by following them on Facebook.

  1. There all lovely colors! I really like the circle glitters in them :)

  2. Ooh, pretties. *___* I have to say, Cosmic Forces really is just the winner of the Forces collection. I have that and Oceanic Forces, and CF just blows OF out of the water. Although I am jealous that you also own Dark Forces lol.
